This is a one man operation and many of the regular customers load for themselves. The business has operated on an honour system for nearly 10 years.
The mining is unrestricted but has not been pushed as the owner also has the adjoining property and spends much of his days working with his cattle while the quarry takes care of itself.
Past years have shown extraction rates of around 7 - 13,000 tonnes per annum but these limits have been set by the owner.
The quarry can be purchased separately or together with the adjoining cattle property, yards, refurbished 4 bed room residence and land totalling 197ha.
The property runs along a permanent creek which is renown for fishing and crabs.
