This boarding kennels is found only 10 minutes from its nearest town and approximately 1 kilometer from the nearest neighbour making it ideally located so that there is no chance of a noise problem with adjoining properties.

Currently there are 21 runs for dogs and a further 8 runs for cats. The size of the kennels suits the current owners who have successfully operated the kennels for the past 23 years. When the kennels first opened the owners had plans of developing the kennels into a much bigger business and applied for and gained DA approval for up to 100 kennels in total. 

The kennels are located amid 104 acres of undulating land which the owner has been improving in recent months, spraying and removing the lantana. Spring should see a good portion of the land presented as grasslands. 

 

There is a comfortable, 4 bedroom, en suite, 20 square country home with reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, gas stove, 10,000 liter fresh water tank, sheds and 104 acres that comes as part of this fabulous lifestyle package. 30-40 acres would be suitable as an olive grove, the balance is grazing land or could even be developed as a market garden growing melons, grapes and / or vegetables.

The gentle rolling appearance of the countryside adjoining the kennels lends itself to easy development of the additional kennels, if a new owner wisher to pursue that avenue further. The current size is ideally suited to a semi-retired person or couple, although the setup would also suit a greyhound breeder as the kennels currently enjoys a good following from greyhound owners. 

There is a bus service at the gate, daily mail service and fortnightly garbage collection service so you can live in a peaceful setting but still enjoy the advantages of town living.
